For licensed producers

Your license is a head start. Put a real team behind it.

Bring your experience to a team that takes the work seriously. At NovaPoint Financial you’ll train with people who know this business and work a repeatable process from first call to placed policy.

Behind your production

Built for producers who want to keep getting better.

Learn around Hall of Fame producers and experienced leaders who have already built at a high level in this business.

You already know how to sell. Here you’ll add mentorship and a process built to make your weeks more consistent.

  • Training that continues

Product, process, and sales training that keeps going long after your first weeks.

  • Mentorship

A mentor on the team you can reach when a case or a week gets complicated.

  • Contracting guidance

A clear walkthrough of contracting and carrier appointments, so you know each step before you take it.

  • Sales systems

A repeatable process from first contact to placed policy that holds up on your busiest weeks.

  • Lead strategy

Help choosing lead sources, setting a budget, and following up so good leads don’t slip away.

  • Culture

A team built on work ethic and personal growth, where the people who train and mentor keep learning too.

  • Workflow

Structure for the unglamorous parts: applications, requirements, and service.

  • Client service

A routine for staying in touch with clients long after the policy is issued.

ProducerPoint

Start with a system, not a blank screen.

No producer should have to invent a workflow from scratch. ProducerPoint puts structure around the whole day: the call, the script, the objection, the follow-up, your schedule, your training, and the next step. ProducerPoint is the workspace at the center of how NovaPoint structures the producer experience.

  • Guided Calls

Call Companion puts the script on screen one step at a time. You choose the prospect’s answer, the next step appears, and you always know where the conversation stands.

  • Scripts & Objections

Your talk tracks sit right beside the call. When a prospect pushes back, the response is one click away, and you return to the same spot in the script.

  • Follow-Ups

After every call, record what happened and set the next step. Callbacks and appointments land in one queue, with anything overdue or due today at the top.

  • Producer Workday

Plan your week, then record your own start, breaks, and end of day. It’s a simple way to hold yourself to the schedule you set.

  • Training Hub

Keep videos, guides, and links organized in the same workspace as your calls. Mark what you’ve finished and pin what you’re studying to your dashboard.

  • Bilingual Workspace

Switch the ProducerPoint interface between English and Spanish in one click. Scripts and objection responses are in English today.

You focus on the conversation. ProducerPoint keeps the rest in order.

You place every call and choose every next step. ProducerPoint doesn’t make underwriting decisions or predict outcomes. Agent access is rolling out, and we’ll walk you through where it stands when we talk.

Making a move

Contracting, made clear.

If you hold contracts today, you’ll want the details. We’ll go through your situation with you, one step at a time.
  • Contract levels come from your carrier contracts

Your contract level is set under the carrier contracts you hold through a licensed distribution organization. We’ll walk you through how that applies to you.

  • Your current agreements still apply

If you’re contracted today, any release or move depends on those agreements and each carrier’s rules, including how advance or chargeback balances are handled. We’ll help you understand the details before you decide.

  • Carriers make their own decisions

Each carrier decides on your appointment and on every policy it issues, and products vary by state. We’ll go through what that means for your book.

Questions

Questions licensed producers ask.

The answers we give most often on a first call.

Yes, and it moves faster. You skip pre-licensing and go straight to contracting, carrier appointments, and getting plugged into training and mentorship with the team.

Yes. Mentorship is at the center of how the NovaPoint team works. You’ll have a mentor you can reach while you learn the business, and a team around you that wants to see you win. You’re independent, and you’re not alone.

You earn a commission on every policy you write that’s issued and paid. It’s a percentage of the premium, and the rate depends on the carrier, the product, and your contract level. That’s what makes this different from an hourly job: your activity and your skill show up directly in the business you write.

Some carriers advance part of the first-year commission when a policy is issued. If a policy lapses early, the unearned part can be charged back. There’s no salary and no guaranteed income.

Yes. Like any business, this one has startup costs. With the pre-licensing course taken care of, the usual ones are your state exam and license fees, basic equipment, and the errors and omissions (E&O) coverage many carriers require. Leads and marketing are investments you can choose to make in your business, on your terms. We’ll lay it all out on your first call so you can plan with confidence.

Many do. Buying leads gives you a way to reach people who have already shown interest in coverage. We’ll help you compare sources, set a budget, and build a follow-up routine. Leads don’t guarantee appointments or sales, so the skill you build is what makes the most of them.

Producers on the NovaPoint team are independent contractors, not employees, generally paid on a 1099 basis. That means you’re running your own business on your own schedule. You contract through a licensed distribution organization and handle your own business expenses and taxes, and a good tax professional can help you set that up right from the start.

Let’s talk about what’s next for you.
